Salem Cemetery Tour

Join us for a tour of historic Salem Cemetery led by Salem Church member, Ben Pauley.

The tour will feature two gravesites, Private Nelson S. Harmon and Private Simpson Burgin. Both men served in the 3rd IN cavalry and later in the 8th IN cavalry during the Civil War.

Ben will lead guests around Salem Cemetery highlighting these two servicemen with insight into their lives and the Civil War time period taking place between 1861 and 1865.

We invite guests to show up just before 11AM on Sunday, June 30. The tour will begin at 11AM and run for approximately 30-45 minutes.
